I attempted to release 3.3 this weekend but found a terrible bug in it during last-second testing so I had to cancel the release. I'll take a look at the issue tonight and if it's an easy fix then we should be on 3.3 by tomorrow.

Our host has been having a few issues recently. If they continue I'll look into providing mirrors for add-ons to ensure constant accessibility.

Will private add-ons be deleted if they are staying in the holding tank for so long?

No, Private add-ons don't get reviewed unless the add-on scanner spots security issues/concerns or exploits in them.
