I have a suggestion for rtb 4.1.  Remove the star system and replace it with like/dislike.  I don't think the stars work too well.  From what I've seen, people either rate 0/100000000!!!!!! or 10000000000000/10!!!@!!!

Ive never understood why people include options like neutral in polls or rating systems. If youre neutral, dont vote..

It's to see how much activity it's getting. If everybody was neutral nobody would vote. That means the creators would think it's not getting very much activity.
