Yeah, Truce pretty much said it.  Anyone who exploited that glitch really can't call us out on some questionable action, considering that you can't use common sense when dealing with things like this.

Hamster has been kicked before for widespread fires; we tell him that he can start fires but not in excess since it can cause issues.  Also, I gave truce permission to use his bounty loop on occasion considering that it's his cash, and it's no different than manually placing all of those bounties.

Do you know how hard that would be to really enforce?  When I join the server there's almost always one or two complaints about ghost killing, and killing builders happens much more often and it's much harder to prove.

Basically, if someone is repeatedly killing the same builder then it falls under the camping rule, so we don't need another rule about it.

The rule book is a great addition to Metropolis.  I think it sets up great laws! Some of them help with street court "Interpersonal fights between citizens", and others with official court "Serious problems that involve breaking the server law".
The Metropolis city development program "MCDP" works with street court, so we will be fixing cases without the help of administration to lessen the amount of small interpersonal complaints, and still keep the citizens of Metropolis happy. If any administrators would like to object against the establishing of this small organization, please state now. Anyone can join, because it is a community project. The MCDP building will be placed over the Ecotek building, and will have a small courtroom, and offices for the people of the MCDP to work. Not only does the MCDP work with street court, it also work's with street appeal. We will be promoting greenery and structure all over metropolis by creating decent homes and buildings for a reasonable price. If you have any questions about MCDP please email me, and I will do my best to answer right away. This organization still needs to be accepted by the server, so the administrators, including the host, will be asked whether or not such an organization would be ok. Ham was banned for the spawnkilling, so you guys can play on the server without 100 fires for 5 days.

By the way, you guys should PM screenshots and other reports on players to me or Swat instead of posting them so no drama starts up here.  Don't bother Diggy with any of them.
