i got shot by tally for no loving reason and now i've got enough demerits to warrant me, because apparently he felt like being a jackass and trying to get someone wanted so he could jail them

At that time I was an assassin and was just trying to assassinate just to see how it works.

that's tally for you, he did the same to me. apparently, assault demerits aren't working and the only way you can get them at the moment is by hammering someone repeatedly.
EDIT: what confuses me is how he gets away with using his alternate account as a easy-money ticket(by getting him six stars and then jailing him as a cop), while intervention logged on with an alternate account and killed himself for a bounty but got kicked.
1. I was getting dems for assault, but I was just paying them when I got near 200.
2. I asked Truce about this alternate account thing and he said that it is not against any rules, and never been warned about this before

Technically it's considered a "loophole". Before, they blocked it by stopping multiple connections from the same IP.

Server Rule #4: Exploiting bugs, glitches, loopholes, etc., is punishable by a ban and/or account reset.  If you find a bug, REPORT IT.

Yeah, I don't know what happened to that script.

And tax cuts aren't something that diplomats and stuff do for the whole server, it's just a personal tax cut that they get as a perk from the job.

There's a bug where if you have your lot on fire, if someone dies from that fire the owner of the brick also gets demerits for it.

Apparently fabio abuses this in the fire which is in my lot.

I'll be on in like 10 minutes to resolve the issue.  Can you provide his ID, just in case?
Diggy doesn't have eval anymore, so I can't disable fires like I used to when there were fire issues.

Diplomatic immunity? That's probably the biggest fault in government today, it can be abused severely. The Senators and Lawmakers do not get into office just to cut taxes for themselves, because if they do, they're voted out. Look over this realistically, and maybe you'll find a loophole into this certain situation, but the overall plan needs to be worked on. Discuss

I don't think that they are trying to have a real government on the server, just to have jobs with perks.

Well, if people want to have perks like that, they need to be "Cheapskates" or "Debtors", or something that involves evading your taxes. It is illegal for a political figure to do that, more less everybody else, and it is immoral, and supposedly going to be legalized in metropolis. If something is Illegal in real life, the purpose of "City RP" is to follow the same terms.

What the forget are you talking about?  I said tax cuts.  Diplomatic immunity would be stupid and not applicable on our server.

The tax cuts aren't an illegal perk.  Idea is that if someone is a diplomat or ambassador, they're allowed to live in that given country for cheaper since they're on official duty.  These are the laws of Metro, not the US or some real country.

This is what I was trying to say, Metro Rp is it's own country in a way, in what real world country do people run around with flame throwers torching entire cities?
A roleplaying game does not need to simulate the real world.

DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY in my terms is the avoiding of something because you're in a Political position. Avoiding a warrant of arrest, avoiding a parking ticket, avoiding a TAX payment, it's all Political Perks.

TAX CUTS on a person working for the country they live in doesn't make any sense either, because the way you're putting it, they should only have tax cuts in FOREIGN countries. It's one town. Tax cuts for 1 person in 1 town isn't fair, everybody should have tax cuts, or it is a POLITICAL PERK. Like I said, put this into the position of a Peace Maker, a Debtor, a Cheapskate, I don't care, but this doesn't make any sense.

Don't take this argument personally, by the way, because this whole tax thing isn't a big deal anyway, it's just not in the right position.
