I Wonder when lumber price get reseted, so i can cut tree and sell them for a good price

The lumber price will only reset when people stop hoarding it (Fob). Basically the lumber price goes down the more of it that exists, and I believe I remember Fob saying he had over 300k lumber (I have something like 13k, about 2.5k of which is from chopping a while back)

Does Ore even have any use? I've never seen its price as anything other than 60 cents, since it's slow to mine so nobody ever sells it.

Fob was also charging people in Lumber for condos in his building, so it looks to me like his plan is to collect the vast majority of the lumber, sell most of it, let the price rise as a result then sell the rest.

I try to stick it to the rules and be fair by only banning people for rule infractions, especially since hamster just annoys the stuff out of us to no end until we unban him.

If it were me I'd start banning him for a short time (1-2 hours) when stuff gets out of hand with him as it inevitably does, and make it quite clear to him that whining about it is just going to lengthen the ban. Though knowing me that would happen twice followed by

Ore has future applications with vehicles, safes, etc.  Currently, you can use ore to craft ammo or guns, using the buildItem or buildAmmo even on an industrial lot.

And I used to just mute people when they wouldn't stop arguing over how so-and-so apparently "broke the rules", but I think diggy forgot to enable the script.

We've got a long range of easily pissed off people here, all uselessly fighting over opinion. Not to mention myself ;) I'm trying to think of a way this could stop, though. Maybe we could just all be humane for once. Trying to solve things in Civil Court worked, we tried it earlier, but that was with actual law. If only we had a system that detected douchebaggery :3
