Rendered doors and that one bookcase door aren't enough.

But if these are add-ons, that wouldn't make them look so secret anymore. -_- Just build them...
For example, you build a fireplace with fire emmiter. Then you have a certain  brick that you click, and voila! The fireplace is open. I understand the normal doors aren't secretive, and they look better. But these... you can tell they're add-ons, doors, and know that they're secret.
