Ah, but there's a story behind that picture.
If you find the Prototype Medic Power Armor, you know it automatically administers Med-X. Well, I was playing, and I saw "Med-X removed" in the corner, then right after that, instead of saying what it usually says for withdrawls (You have become addicted to Med-X) it appears with that.

It didn't even appear to do anything, but there was literally a "Med-X Withdrawl" in my "ITEMS" category on my Pip-Boy.

I've never gotten addicted to anything. Then again, I kill most enemies long distance and sustain little damage. Go me.

By the time I hit the 30 cap just about every enemy was a one-hit kill save for those feral ghoul reavers. they posed a more ammo exhaustive challenge.

Last I played, I was in the middle of ridding a town of fire ants.

That quest is a bitch.

I started when I was on my way to a minefield for that one person's survival guide.

I got to the point where I got the boy safe, but then I left to continue the book.

Also, I found out that a VATS hit with a sledgehammer is an instant kill on fire ants.

"Those!" was one of the first missions I worked on after leaving Megaton. I just kept on the second stories with my hunting rifle and if there were staircases I left as many frag mines as possible to cover my 6. Worked out just fine for me.
