About two years ago, my friend pointed to a little article in his gaming magazine about a game with features like randomized guns, and no loading screens, and I was mildly intruiged. About 3 months ago, I remembered the game Borderlands, and decided to look it up. I found the website, and after scourging the forums for a good hour, I was content with what I had read. I couldn't WAIT another minute without having Borderlands. I then watched all footage ever released, and signed up for the newsletter. Two months later, I get an email telling me about how they have their own Facebook page. I check it out, and about 1? week ago, they remade their website for the release.

Basically, what this is all about, is about the upcoming game Borderlands by Gearbox Software, being released for consoles on Tuesday (like every other game) the 20th of October and for PC the 26th. It's on Steam.(if you haven't already seen it)

As you can see, I'm quite excited for the release of this game, and I want to share it with everyone else.
Also, the PC version has a few special add-ons which include better graphics, and a special feature.

Fallout 3 is an awful game without mods, with mods it's unstable and without them, it's still unstable.

Fallout 3 < Borderlands

I WAS going to preorder this not a week ago, but my debit card is loving up, so it's going to be another 1-2 days. I'd love to play it with somebody from the Blockland forum, so just hit me up with a PM or post it here, and we can soon be blasting away at badass raiders. :)
