I've got a pretty powerful computer, and I get around 20-30 FPS pretty much everywhere.

That stops the download. All games on Steam stop downloading, unless it's a shortcut.

If you alt-tab, you can start it up again.

I think it downloads if you have the gamelist open.

It just says download starting. It isn't downloading.
EDIT: I guess I spoke too soon, now it is.

This game ran worse than L4D. Which runs at like 10-20 fps on my laptop.

I hated this. When it came out, I got it, there were tons of bugs. After finishing a mission, 99% targets complete, it said I failed. (took me like 3 hours because every time, the mission would bug out. I asked the IRC help desk and they told me to restart the mission. At that point, I was about to bash the keyboard into my screen.

Either you guys lie about your "super PCs" or I just actually have the better PC than you do. I instantly get 200+ fps everywhere.
