That actually took me a while to figure out. I played and died about three times before doing that

Was playing MGS4. I was going through the first three games before playing this one.
I liked MGS3, but trying to find a suppressor always pissed me off, and the cure menu was just plain obnoxious. In the end, I got the Panther rank.
