Situation for both places:

Aperture: 1 Person alive with a crazy pycho robot bent on killing everyone

Black Mesa: Hundreds of scientists and security guards that are under attack from and alien race and the army is try to kill everyone involved with the project. but they have Gordon Freeman so they win instantly :D

But really a battle wouldn't go so well seeing as 1 side has only 1 person with a weapon that isn't designed to hurt people BUT what if she hacked and got the turrets and glados to help then that would be epic :o

Apeture Science for sure.

Portal is the best game i know in steam other than Gmod.
Even though i got creeped out by GlAd0s when she went insane,the game over all
was puzzling,cool,awesome,and it has a weapon no other game has..
The Portal Gun.
