They dont do stuff for me at all, I keep getting the same thing, saying "We are having difficulties with your problem, try later"
Then explain it better and stop being stupid.
I had my account stolen and I got it back within a day. Steam support was quick and helpful. They said to post the Paypal invoice to one game and that was it.
