My idea,

The general discussion/Request/Clan forums should block people with a BLID that is under 1000 ids old from creating new topics but allow them to reply to existing ones. This will help prevent topics like "Hi, I'm new" and will allow them to get used to the forms. 

The help forums should be completely unblocked even if you don't own the game.

The ENTIRE addons section should block people with a BLID that is under 1000 ids old from creating new topics but allow them to reply to existing ones. This will help to slow down the crappy addons made by new people and prevent people from requesting addons here before they realize that there is a section for that. 

The BMF section should be unblocked to anyone that owns the game so that new people can learn how to make addons.

The off topic section should block people with a BLID that is under 1000 ids old from creating new topics but allow them to reply to existing ones.

Players would enter their ID(s) into their profile. People without an ID could only post a limited amount of posts.

There isn't anything wrong with the "Hi, I'm new" topics. Also, ID discrimination isn't looked kindly upon here.

That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. You do realize you'd be alienating more than half the BL community.

The ID limit was just an idea it could just be something like 10 days instead.

Ok, lemme bring this idea back to life. People troll the forums; about 7/8 of those people are not Blockland players. We can block that by planting a system that requires you to authenticate your key for registration. This way, if somebody trolls (Ex. noob posts kitty getting head smashed in), we know exactly who it is (I doubt this will happen because its impossible to disguise it).

There will be a lot less alternate accounts (inb4Spindle=Ironic/Hypocrite), because your profile will display your ID. This is will basically be RTB, just with x20 more forum activity.
