Then either I got a random drop or they're doing it gradually.

Something like this would indeed take awhile.

The normal rocket (due to explosion radius) and buff banner are actually a great combo.

I don't think it says you're poor and irish because you used the idler. Like I said, the backpack viewer currently isn't working so it says you can't trade items either.

They must be running that process on people, some guy on the server I was in got all of the new unlockables at once.

The Equalizer achievements must be broken, I just killed 3 people with it while I had 5 health and didn't get the "kill 3 with the Equalizer without being healed" achievement or get anything added to my "kill 10 people with the Equalizer while you have under 25 health" achievement.
