I don't like it much, I don't know why but I can never sniper well there, which is odd because I've heard people think sniping there is easy.

He has been working on that forever and It's still not released.

It's  because he needs to keep updating that from time to time. I.E. The Sniper Versus Spy update had some special updates.

I would suggest you don't trade a hat for the beard because it has a much higher drop rate than a hat.

Beard is now a misc item, so it doesn't have the super long hat drop timer, and a shorter one instead.

It is.
Everyone of the snipers are, up to 80%, standing on the same point. Again and again.
Recognise the direction and shoot.
