Save the keys and ditch the pistol for a rocket launcher. The gates are vulnerable to rockets and you can save your keys for the next part of the level to get the UberSpear

I loved Titanic so much, and knew half the blockheads on that ship were going to die.  So I got a brandy, and played cards, as the ship sunk into the cold, and dark water.

It said "you have died, but since you sacraficed yourself you get to come back to life" yay for me.  Now I am getting past the L4D No Mercy: Hosptal now.  Wish me luck
