Total Loading Bar

I'm not quite sure if this is possible, but maybe a loading bar that shows how far you have progressed into fully loading everything on the server, as opposed to just having the bar show how far into the current add-on you've gone.

Loading datablocks is 1/3. (that inculdes downloading)
Loading objects is another 1/3.
Lighting mission and setting up the bricks menu is the last 1/3.

Okay, but I still don't know how close I am to being done with any of these three things at any given time.

Wouldn't it have to be? I mean, it is kind of displaying add-ons being downloaded, so if you didn't already have it, it wouldn't appear...right?
