Yes it does. It crashed Kyzor's server just earlier today.
I said it once, it's the truth, and so I'll say it again:
No, that doesn't crash servers, the only thing servers have from it is a precipitation object which has a few fields that are sent to clients. It doesn't do anything.
It can however lag clients due to trying to render a ton of particles, but this is only a problem when you give admin to stupid people. (Or are one yourself.)
His CLIENT crashed, NOT his server, and since his client and his server were the same process, it crashed both.
If he were running a dedi (which means just a SERVER) it would not have crashed, but his CLIENT would have crashed.
This is true with anything which spams anything.
At the cost of people who know what they're doing, I'll put in protection against this to benefit stupid people.
