I have a few,
First, when i went to do a flip on my trampoline, went off the edge and had my head going for the ground, at 4 inches from the ground i managed to flip enough so it was my back that hit, still hurt like hell.
Umm, when i was at my friends house and he threw me off his second story balcony in his living room(A weird one), i landed on a couch though
When i was in the bathroom, and it was 3am so it was really dark, i opened the door to walk out and my mom was standing there, i flipped stuff and jumped back 3 feet, because it was dark and she just stood there, she didnt say anything.
I was playing L4D2 at my friends house on April Fools day, and he startled a witch on purpose, after killing him it came after me, the second it touched me he had his sister, who was dressed up as a which, jump on me and start slashing, i was like FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
When i was out in the lake with my dad and uncle on our boat, we were about 3 miles from land on every side, and i jumped out of the boat to piss, then he turned it on when i was right behind it, freaking the stuff out of me, and drove away, btw i can't swim well enough, 100 meters and i am out of breath about to drop.

I was riding my bike down a big hill, then the next thing I know; a car is right in front of me. The car doesn't stop, but I stop. I jump off my bike and my bike flies onto someones yard. If it wasn't for my Ninja SKILLZ!>?!FJDGJ, then I would have been seriously injured.

i once dreamed there were stuff monsters coming out of the woods so I went to go tell dad and he was a stuff monster... my whole family were stuff monsters chasing me then a mix of Bigfoot and that big bore from princess mononoke were chasing me. I woke up sweating and throwing up afterwards while screaming at the same time. I dont really know why it was scary tho, I would have laughed my ass off but it was loving scary for some reason.

Almost got hit by a car while riding a bike, looked both ways twice, started going through an intersection and out of nowhere some speeding bitch talking on her cell phone ran through the stop sign and nearly hit me.  Thankfully my bikes brakes work  well.  I've had others but those were also awesome, I was just extremely self conscious those times..

I was riding my bike, and i went into a road leading off a small cliff and i couldn't stop, so I landed 15 feet down. Hurt like a son of a bitch and I had to walk all the way home with a broken arm and i was shaking.

No, but when I was at my bud's house, this white car drove by. So we were like 'No big deal.' Then about 15 minutes later, the SAME CAR drove by, but really slowly. Like, really slow. That scared the stuff out of us, so we ran downstairs, turned out all the lights, and grabbed his dad's shotgun, an axe, and a bow. (He likes to hunt.) Then like, a half an hour later, we start to hear something moving outside in his woods. I was like 'Wtf we gonna do.' Well, he runs outside and shoots the damn shotgun out into the woods. Yes, it was scary.
