If only there was another rank called Manager Admin which is above Super Admins. So then I'll make Super admins  have admin powers, managers have super admin powers and host is host, while Admins can only admin tele.

Wouldn't it be easier to keep it just like normal but add in a new award?

I guess that's sort of the same, except it doesn't mean you're awarding people Admin without really awarding them any priviledges. (And yes, I know, you can use Server Control to set which abilities Admins and SAdmins can use.)

Then you could be able to award Admin Teleport to Non-Admins.
Just so that some people can Teleport, without giving them the power of Admins.
Of course, it's a dumb thing to give if you're planning on doing Challenges and stuff, but whatever. If you've got a friend who wants to get around faster, but you don't want to give him power, then it could be quite handy.

They would break in builds and server control, admins could abuse it for changing server name, so there it is right to have admin without powers of server control.

Because they want to load stuff and admin teleporting is cool and so is fetching and finding!
