I just beat it last night.  I expected more, I wanted to fly and have a bow and arrow.  I also wanted the staff at the end... :(

But there will be a third one :P

Game looks ok.

the ending was all magical and colorful... but I don't get it at all.

Game looks pretty cool, Dunno if I will get it though.

Wasn't this game suppose to be super long?

I had it for awhile, though I just started it today.
It's alright.

I have a feeling this game is short.

Hey guise.

I originally thought that I wouldn't bother, and that I could read the synopsis on wikipedia and be done with it, but forget me...

So I decided to go into AC2 with a clean slate, no bias. I convinced myself it was a better game, and I should accept it as a new game. I wanted to be able to enjoy AC2, because quite frankly, Splinter Cell Conviction is not out yet so I have nothing else to satisfy my stealth-killing needs. Looks cool and the live-action series is pretty awesome. I came out of AC2 with the same look of disgust I exited AC with. It was virtually the same thing, with the exception of the updated gameplay and less goddamn animus sequences. It's better than the first, for sure, but by no means good. The gameplay is dull, and assassinating becomes boring very quickly. I got sick of it about 5 minutes in. I like the illusion of customization and upgrades, but it was too linear. There wasn't much optionability and fully upgrading the character wasn't a challenge, and while some enemies were too easy, the only ones that weren't were too hard (a problem that persisted in the first game, especially with the final boss being easy as stuff even though he had the power of god and the Templar's beating my ass repeatedly).

The storyline is the real stuffter of the series. BUT at least the ending was clever as stuff, it actually entertained me. How so? It did that "IS THIS BLOOD <credits>" thing again, but actually continued during the credits, sort-of mocking their previous ending. At first, I exclaimed "Oh my loving god", but was quickly overturned by the continuation, which calmed me down, but it all ended in the same manner. The storyline is batstuff stupid, it's essentially "Knowing". There's symbols in the pass that tell of the apocalypse dun dun dun and these symbols are supposed to be found by you in the past.

I'm so loving done with Assassin's Creed.
