Sorry, we aren't talking about television, which runs at 24 FPS, nor movies which run at around 29.95 FPS. Games require human interaction, and you can easily see the difference between your reaction and seeing your reaction. Go try to play any competitive game with only 30 fps, ragequit due to being unable to do stuff, and then come back and we will continue this. There's a reason tournaments don't go "OK, everyone set the limiter to 30 fps". They use mods just to get over 100 fps.

I run borderlands on medium-low graphics, and have a small framerate drop in some places using this card.

I'm just happy I can play at good frame rates on pretty much everything now.
