Its easy, first you mine goods and get a lot of money, then you progressively start to construct other buildings like a Research Facility and Vehicle Creating Facility. Once youve gone there, you can do a lot of things.

If you have problems with huge boulders build a chemical plant, find sulphur and flint, create superflint, blast the stuff out of the rocks.
