What excuse? There'd be no point in lying, VAC only bans for modified .dlls, which I had, so, yeah. I'm not handicapped for hacking or anything, I just wanted to see if the hacks worked and, it's apparent that they did.

btw: You don't get "caught" hacking, it's an automatic system.
