What is wrong with Heedicalking?

Talk about drama!  Heedicalking is so full of it - I thought only little girls had that much drama in them. 

The big question to the group is what made this poor boy this way?  Was it some childhood trauma, or his current sad life?  I am sure that he is more than 8 years old, he has pretty good spelling.  Yet, there is something definitely wrong with him.  I leave it to you to help decide what it could be.
