Unless engine change? Or not as many particles? Number 2 would still have lag due to big explosion. But, I know some game engines can survive a nuke, though I don't think Badspot would do it for a nuke.

Just because a mininuke in slate with no bricks and no lag equals no mininuke lag, and plus were would you submit it? Blockland forums? No, Badspot would fail it. RTB forums? No, one of the mod reviewers would fail it.
