It's the boy's choice whether he wants to ruin his existent/nonexistent education. Don't interfere, you don't change anything and just generate pages. This is SO RIDICULOUSLY minor in the scale of life that I shudder to think about the ways you manage the big things.

Education is necessary, sure. But that doesn't mean you have to go to school to learn it. All the knowledge I use for my current job I learned myself from the age of 10 and have no qualifications or degrees in. I totally messed about at school and got awful grades and it's all paid off.

Internet forums are for discussions. If someone posts something on a forum they should be expecting other people to discuss it. Discussions will usually have two or more sides to them. This is the nature of an internet forum.

Homeschooling may limit your social community, but it makes you a hell of a lot smarter if you are a good student (I did homeschool 6th and 7th grade). I don't like missing school because my notebook is missing pages and I will fail the notebook exam. Go to school NOW!!!! Learn grammar and science and other school subjects. Education is the strongest anti-poverty tool. Just because the moderators didn't do well in school doesn't mean you will turn out as good as them. I can;t force you, but going to school will give you knowledge, and "Knowledge is power - Francis Bacon".

I would consider it rather poor for people, who, admittedly, have nothing better to do, to be whining about some kid who took a day off. We've all done it. Its not groundbreaking, amazing or moderately new, this isn't Ricky Gervais' film where noone can lie.

A grass inspector would find that "trivial" issue quite alarming. I for one have never put my fingers down my throat to force myself to throw up so I can score a day or two off school. I find it quite interesting that a kid would go to such lengths to avoid education. I'm sure a lot of other people would agree. You had better never ever go to the Drama forum, the triviality of it all would probably kill you!
