Looks like the dude in the overcoat has on some sort of Power Armor helmet. The game looks neat. But, what does the flag say?

It's the Californian flag.

Oh, I see. Why does he have it though? Also, the robot looks kinda weird.

This is unfair, I don't even have Fallout 3 :c

He's in California I guess.

I hope you can use your Fallout3 character in this somehow, I've worked hard making my guy a invincible killing machine, and I don't want to start over unless it's a new flavor of game.

I've been waiting for this ever since the first time I used fallout 3 wikia...

I refuse to play two games I will not like.
Thought the same thing too, played it and it was better than Fallout 3.

One of the best games evar IMO.  I played it for six months straight, I still play it today.

Fallout 3 isn't that great. It's okay.

I was into it for about a week, and then I just got bored of it.

California rocks so much that its important cities survived.

You guys are missing a big thing.

There's a robot. A nuclear bomb went off wiping out most human life.
A giant utopia of metal is in the background. Near robots. It looks futuristic.
Robot civilization, hurr.

Also, most things are fifties style. If there are any human buildings left or if they were converted, they'd probably be the same as they were in the 50's.
Only, you know, the great war happened in 2077. Also, the city's proximity to robots is irrelevant to its' origin. It could have been rebuilt. For example, Fallout 2 took place in the 2240's. 200 years is plenty of time to rebuild.

You're a forgettard.
If you played Fallout 2 you would realize that Reno, Vegas, San Fran, and parts of LA have been rebuilt.

I hope this is about California invading Nevada and taking all their stuff.

Well, at least it kinda seems like it.

Why would they?
NCR are good guys.
Plus, Hoover Dam is part of NCR, and Hoover Dam isn't that far from Vegas.
