All built-in audio recording devices are pretty much stuff.I would advise that you buy a desktop mic, and just use headphones. When you buy a headset, you usually are sacrificing audio quality for mic clarity, which is a nono.
Mine's actually very nice. It's a Studio though, so you gotta figure..

I've gone through three or four of those. The break after like, two or three months of having them. I take good care of them too. I don't blow them out either, the just stop working.
