And that is enough. I mean, really.

Are these those people who are still somehow highly convinced the Earth is flat/is a cube?

Gravity comes from the Earth's center, dipstuffs

This isn't the stupidest statement a human has made. Because it's a question!

I believe the stupidest statement a human has made goes a little like this.

"Has anyone been far as decided..."

Whoever wrote that is ignorant, and should know that the object (in this case, Earth) pulls other objects toward it. "Down" means toward the earth, our floor.

Ah, Regulith beat me to it.

Actually I think the stupidest thing humanity has ever said (in my opinion anyways) is: "Who cares? Not like we have to deal with it in our lifetimes."

Actually, it's more like:
"kthxbai"

It isn't stupid, they don't understand, gravity pulls us towards the center of earth.

It isn't stupid, they don't understand, gravity pulls us towards the center of earth.

They understand, they're just stubborn and have to make up things that don't make sense so they can try to believe the Earth isn't round.

Where did you find this?
Edit: nvm, it's from lolbot.

true those
however, the lack of thought they put into this would technically back them, since they didn't want people to think anyways!

I found the website

Edit: I found this.
Quote
For centuries, mankind knew all there was to know about the shape of the Earth. It was a flat planet, shaped roughly like a circle, with lots of pointy things hanging down from the underside. On the comparatively smooth topside, Europe sat in the middle of the circle, with the other continents scattered about the fringes, and parts of Africa hanging over the edge.

We don't actually know how gravity works.
