I am currently running the exact recommended specifications except I use a i5 3570k running at 3.4ghz, I can run and get an average of 60fps at the "Normal" settings, the game seems to be optimized perfectly fine according to users at the subreddit, and the users here.

Yeah I mean it runs smooth but the stuttering is so bad it makes the game unplayable.
Im also pretty sure theres a memory leak since it eats up more over time

Yeah the game is horribly optimized (at least that seems to be the case on my end). I dont why the game runs horribly when i my specs are above the recommended specs.
Im done trying to get the game to work, i'll just wait until rockstar puts out a patch to fix it.

Why do the textures look absolutely terrible on normal? The game is great but Jesus, Iv's textures look better.

Like I wouldnt have a problem with this if the content was completely new, but stuff like the railgun and hatchet are in the game for console already

JesusFreak is a problem user and has been banned for multiple reasons. As we speak JesusFreak is currently banned for item planting and a hit and run

But that doesnt excuse the fact that he wanted to ban him just because he had the word "freak" in his name
