LMAO if you want to test if someone has BLHack active, just ask the person to walk to you, and while you're filming, get them to look away from you and type 'I would never use BLHack' in chat - as soon as they type 'BLHac' they would instantly look at your player

i have my doubts. i dont know if blhack is broken or something but he misses a good few shots near the end. however he does snap around a lot and he does seem suspicous. more footage of this guy would probably prove it but right now im /neutral

This is the exact thing aimbots do.
Aimbots aren't 100% accurate, and vastly drops in accuracy at a distance due to the fact players can make sharp movements.

Banning Ana won't solve anything, the server's IP which is used to get the location is publicly available from http://master2.blockland.us/
The locations are just approximations given from your ISP.

Mr.LoL's server is the only laggy server I remember playing on recently, and I don't know if it was even up on the 2nd. I have a 1070 if that makes any difference.

I've been on Mr. LoL's server pretty often the past few days and my base/client/ui/cache/ folder is mostly empty except for normal fonts.
The lag is more than likely from the bedroom static shape since I get it too and am fine if I look away from it.

the ram you linked is server ram and not desktop ram.

honestly, shop around all sites or literally wait til tomorrow for some DDR3 sales.

chances are you'd get a 16GB kit (DDR3) for less than or equal to 50 bucks.

Also to note, your mother board appears to only support up to 16GB of ram.

You can't.
Additionally you'll eventually lag out, while with the dll you won't.
