I bought gold so I could play with a few friends, grinded for a bit in SP and got a full ghillie suit, maplerifle with a 12x scope, full levels, and a literal forgetton of food. I went to a gold pvp server to see what people were doing (sync was on).
not 10 seconds later, instantly sniped.

For the blur, it might be because you have it set to stretch to the window instead of 32x32 or 64x64. If not, then dunno.

So, to put it bluntly, you banned him because he gave negative feedback on something (with reasoning behind it).
I mean, I've already had administration problems before on [Qi] servers, but this just takes the cake. Good to know the owner is quicker to silence those with valid complaints instead of fixing them.
