I've tried it and I like it, but there is one flaw in it : the way it's mounted on the back.

First of all, the model clips with anything else on your back, which might be inevitable.

And second of all, the way it's placed on the back. Why would someone twist their arm trying to pull it out that way when they can just pull it out easily from over the shoulder, like the image below.

Wouldn't a fallout shelter sign (like the one below) be useful in a zombie survival server or a bunker?

Add-Ons / Re: New Weapon: L4D Pistol
« on: May 12, 2009, 10:47:59 AM »
This isn't very accurate. The gun is the Colt M1911, not the Beretta M9. And the magazine holds 15 rounds, not 5.

Also, the model only barely represents the Colt in L4D. Plus the shot sound is inaccurate.

But I'm glad that you at least put some effort into making this. It's not a bad weapon, it's just not very close to the one in L4D.

Calm down. Halo is not gay nor do people 'Hate it'. They dislike the people who are obsessed about it. It is a good game overall and is not JUST made for multiplayer. We do not need another Halo Flamer. He is making a HALO MAP, what is wrong with that? It takes skill to replicate it and he tried his best. Judge the map, not the game, fool.

QFT

On topic: It looks good, but I think it needs a little more detail and coloring. Plus cargo containers, like in this pic: http://giochipro.com/resources/foundry_4.jpg

I think they shut down the live servers for the original xbox, but I don't truly know because I don't have it.

I got it :D And it doesn't actually say "requires steam" on the top...(on the Counter-Strike box)

It works well and runs without a hitch. Thanks for the info!

Cool. Is the NVidia 8600GT a laptop card or a desktop card?

Once you enter the registration key in the box, you cant use the key again

So once you install it via cd the cd is useless and you can use it as a thing to hold your tea

I don't know about this game, but I have plenty of discs that allow me to use the CD code again (But only if it's not being used on another computer)

And steam needs to be running to play it.

Also if steam slows his pc, His pc sucks. Chuck it in a skip.

Meh, that comp was slowing cause of spam and stuff too.

The cd requires you to still install steam smart one

It does? Didn't say that on the box...

I'm gonna buy the disc so I get CS:S, HL2:DM and DoD:S for $20. How much does Gmod cost?

I'm gonna get CD if anything. I don't really like steam, I tried on one of my comps and it just really slowed it down. (Not the one I'm currently using.) Maybe I'll try it again.

Ah well. Can it still be installed on more than one PC?

Yes, you'll have to download Steam and the game on each PC though.

If I buy it, it's gonna be on a disk (Counter-Strike: Source includes it), so will I be able to play with people on steam servers without using steam?
