Does anyone own any type of Spotlight/moving head light fixture add-on?

I am looking for one for my new concert build. This is primarily to enhance the shows and to give a uniqueness from the standard lights.

I've tried to make one, but can't find any .dts exporter anywhere. So I would extremely appreciate it if anyone can allow me access to such a marvellous add-on.

I have been wanting this add-on for over 4 years now. I have been trying for so long to make it my-self but keep failing. I really want this add on.

It's essentially a tank turret, but looks like a light with a beam. That's IT! The beam must illuminate/emit as well as being re-colourable with the spray can. The beam should also be partially invisible as well as having a long distance to it.

Honestly, it would make my life if someone would make this. If you are willing to, we can exchange Skype contact details!

Reason for the request: I'm making a concert stage thing.

Modification Help / HELP ME WITH DESIGNING MY FIRST ADD ON

I wanna try and model a moving head light for my music stage thing. Here's an example of what I am talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51XvU4fGM-Y

I am such a noob to Blender, Scripting etc... I just need some sort of guidance. This should be an extremely easy "vehicle" to make, it is essentially a tank that doesn't move with a long light beam that glows/emits light.

Also I am on mac, so half the software for DTS etc... is unavailable as it uses windows. I know that there are mac alternatives somewhere I just don't know where to look. Thanks for any help!

It's gunna be EDM, however I'm not gunna be strict with genre as I feel like as a musician, we should celebrate ALL genres.

Also, I'm not too sure if molly will come to the festival. ;)

Anyway, thanks for the interest! I feel like working 10x harder on this!

Hey, I can't seem to find out how to restrict JVS doors to admin only. There are only 3 lines of events. Usually there are at least 10 lines? Where are they gone and do I need to download any other add ons to allow me to restrict to admin only?

Sup...

Just been working on the stage and scenery for a music concert thing. It will include working "led" displays which are currently red. It will also have a variation of lights, emitters and pyrotechnics.
