Just, de-admin them
There is not anything stopping you from doing it, just yourself deciding not to.
If they are absolute cigarette butts, then they don't deserve you as a friend.
If you don't enjoy hosting Blockland servers with them around as admins, then they shouldn't be admins.
If you de-admin them and they call you out for it, then they are most definitely bad friends.
If you can't bring yourself to do it, that makes you a cigarette butt too,
because you can't face reality,
