I decided to put together a build of my own:
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Chipskate/saved/8h3QzyCPU: the 4790K is cheaper and runs cooler than the 4770K, so there's no reason not to get it.
CPU cooler: the Noctua NH-D15 performs about the same as the H100i, but should be a bit quieter since its heatsink is less restrictive than the H100s radiator. It's also a bit cheaper, which is a nice bonus.
Boot/games SSD: 250GB really isn't enough for games so I went with a 500GB SSD instead.
Hard drive: 4k video takes up a huge amount of space and since I don't know if you have any external storage I went with a 4TB drive instead
Case: The Fractal Design Define R5 has better airflow than the H440 and is about the same price.
Video card: An aftermarket cooler makes the GPU run cooler than reference, and while it does blow hot air into the case instead of out the back, the airflow of the case itself should take care of the extra heat.
Power supply: There's no need to get anything more powerful than the 550W EVGA you've already picked out, even if you're going to overclock.
