I think it's fake. What got me was the design of those combines. They looked exactly like the Half-Life 2 ones. Who ever made this is pretty damn good at making a fake game trailer.

Guys, doesn't "the thing" carrying duals look like the cut combine assassin? You can see her right after the "stasis" pod scene looking right into the camera with a hunter in the background firing at you.
