You know, as in members who are similar to Set Builders, but instead, they work on special effects using events?

It's for set building your application doesn't have to be a build. Set building includes special effects. So you could make an app for set building and focus on events. You need to be able to build decently but not the best. So show off decent building and great events in your app. Make it small if you want.
