It's not great, me and Russian were getting some q58 soil yesterday, but our main source is 25+ depending on where we go. Our lake has a ton of different q clay.

edit2: When we get another metric forgetton of seeds, we should make a fenced-in area, plant grass, learn Animal Husbandry, get clovers, and await the sheep n' cows :D
