has anyone here ever successfully tamed a mouflon or auroch?

and does the whole "shoot bow at bears while safely in boat on water" scheme work?

I once joined Nightfiled and they tamed about five animals successfully in a span of two hours.

Should I go Unarmed or Melee?
So far I only have 8 in unarmed so that's why I'm asking.

Unarmed, so you can dodge. Unless, you have melee set(Sword and shield) go for melee, because you have more chance on blocking attacks using block maneuver.

Don't. I have HAD times when I felt like conquering the wild was that easy. But it wasn't. You are screwed if you go unarmed until you have 30, and by then, you are still limited to level 3-5 foxes.
