Finally, my
first real game build. You heard me, my
first. So obviously, it took me a while to build this...about over a month of playing an hour a day. While building, I regretted choosing such a big build as my first.
Well enough chat, lets get to the pics.
So here is the whole thing. As you can see, its huge. Originally I built it on Slate, but moved it into the kitchen to show the size of it.
Here is a closer look at the base which I designed by looking at a wikipedia image.
Here is a closer look at the statue itself. I did this with trial and error. At first i decided to use a statue which looked like a blockland avatar, but I decided that wouldn't be as cool.
A more detailed look at the face. It doesn't look the way i wanted it to come out, but I lost steam by the end of the model.
The torch. I used fire in the torch at first, but I didn't like the way it came out so i built it in bricks. Ps. DOF pictures really look cool!
Yep, that's it. I still have much to improve with my building skills and remember this is my
