I seem to be having a problem playing this campaign, it loads it up and once it starts, L4D2 crashes and shuts down,

Right click the L4D2 icon in Steam go to properties, then hit the local Files tab then hit the Verify integrity of Game cache... and let it do its thing, it'll probably re-download 1 file and you're good to go.

What? It used to say "2 files" but now it says 1...

Also, should i verify the game cache of the Add-On Support and the Authoring tools?
