If all your weapons become useless when you move everyone may as well hole up in bunkers and keep peeking up, firing single blind shots when you think the enemy will pop up and repeat. Closer to a real war than the current weapons, probably, but much less fun.

Some realism is okay, yeah, but, as Space said, when you get it too realistic, it's no fun. I mean, models are called bad for not being blocky (This is Blockland afterall.), and, unless I've got something really mixed up, I'm pretty siure real guns aren't...Blocky... and... if they look unrealistic, I don't think so why should the way they fire be so over-realistic?
If you want to make it so realistic that it's not fun, I might suggest that you learn Lua and play GMod. (Source Engine, 'nuff said.)

When you open the combat knife, it automatically swings. It's annoying.

I can't remember that I said I want to make the recoil that high that the weapons get useless when you're moving. And I can't remember that I said I want hyper-realism. That recoil system is - if you haven't noticed yet - experimental. I never even said anything that it will be in the final pack. It's just a little experiment.

I might change that with the taking out-damage. But no extra friendly fire option. Just turn it off in the minigame then.

Yeah, if I won't change it, you just have to get used to it.

It's a little (private) edit of the blood and gore mod, which reduces it to blood and uses (of course) different blood particles. Just ask Digital if he can change to the original blood and gore mod...

When I tried joining, I was in, and I saw people talking. But nothing would load. It would get stuck at "Retreiving RTB Add-on prefrences" or something like that. I sat there for like 5 minutes and it wouldn't do anything. Then I left and changed my settings a bit and came back in, and the same thing.

I joined a few other random servers right after and it acted fine. But a bad connection sounds about right considering my 200-300 ping

Yeah, my ping always seems to be low when i try to join my dedi, once it was 0 :/
