Heres what I need (Either Me or you could make them):
All weapons will be in a Futuristic/Laser style.
Rebound Gun: bounces off walls to hit target. can only be fires once every 3 seconds to minimize spam.
Shield: works like the riot shield, but futuristic...
Some form of melee/close range weapon... (Not an energy sword... this is not Halo...)

Thats all i can think of atm...

I like the design, But wouldnt it leave your hand open? maybe you should put a smaller hologram part over it to protect your hand?
