Bump.
Unlike Space Station 13, mining will be set entirely underground, and might possibly be more dangerous, here's the current idea.

It would be much like the original Ovarystation mining outpost, pretty dark with an "unfinished" look, and generally have a creepy atmosphere, i don't know what would be the most prized mineral/ore that miners will look out for, but there will be the regular stuff like coal, and a few others as references to Space Station 13 [Cobryl, Mauxite, etc], but since the entire Z-level is underground, i'm planning to make the far edges of the map hold more valuable ore, but, at the same time, scare the stuff out of you, as a way of trying to make you turn back, i don't mean screamers, i mean.
1.Creepy ambient noises.
2.Maybe pockets of gas that give you something similar to space madness?
3.Darker, flashlights will be vital.
4.Hazards.
5.Possibly abandoned areas/ghosts?Not only would this make certain minerals valuable, it would let me put secrets around that won't be found easily, and it might make a good playground for admins to make horror gimmicks.
Additionally, this could be a great play to make a "atmospheric tram system", it could carry crates, possibly?
