Here in Texas, we have something called "high-speed Internet."
It's slow as hell.
Seriously where do you people live, I want your high-speed Internets.

I think comcast screws with my downloads, I've gotten about 4 MB/S (Doesn't steam do megabytes, not megabits?)  now I never get above 1 MB/S while steam downloading.

I have comcast, too. My internet used to randomly go out and I'd never get anything over 1mb/s while downloading. Ever since I moved from the stuff part of town my internet's never gone out and I've been getting 4mb/s downloads
