EDIT: All of the games. Not just one particular one of the series.

I only have the first one for the Dreamcast, but I play it quite a bit.

the first one is on xbla :o

I liked 3's character creation.
4 looks better but 3 had all them fighting styles to choose from that were not just main character styles. I loved that.

3's fighting styles were meh.

I've played one of them on the gamecube and one of them on the 360.

All I remember about the gamecube was that spawn was in there, loving awesome.

For sale at the store for gamecube, tempting to grab.

Do it.

I liked the variety

I didn't like the variety of spammable moves.

As in, the custom classes had many spam moves IMO.

spawn is in the xbox one

gamecube had Link
ps2 had Heihachi Mishima

I have Soulcalibur II for ps2 and Soulcalibur Broken Destiny for PSP. It has an exclusive character, Dampierre.

Ridiculous, over-the-top, anime-ish, simple fighting controls, mostly buttonmash, and overall really boring and frustrating. I liked it when I was a kid but now it's just dull.

Marvel vs capcom 2 is better :D
