Can i put my MAS clan tags on yet? :)
The MAS clan tag only applies for those who actually are in the team.
For the full list at the moment, see the OP.
And no, sorry, we don't take random applications.
Not trying to sound cruel, but sorry. :|
I would like to see more MAS air vehicles since they are the only quality sci-fi stuff at the moment.
That is a very nice compliment, i am sure Army loves to hear that.
At the moment, the Gunship is the upcoming MAS air vehicle.
Though it doesn't really have much priority at the moment i am afraid.
But thanks.
MAS needs something that can fly and will be easier to control than the air ships because those things can be tricky to fly in.
It is kind of tricky to fly the air vehicles, but hey, flying vehicles were never really easy to control for me. :P
Or MAS homing rockets!
because Homing is better
See OP for the MAS guided Rocket Launcher.
Still in the works, low priority.
I worked on it sometime ago though.
Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of MAS being able to fly?
It would be a wonderful addition to the armory of our anti-air troops.
One idea I have for MAS is a flying Scarab Wasp. It would be able to fly like the Firefly and the Blue Wasp.
Idk if army would like this idea or not but we will just have to wait and see what he thinks.
I think a flying ASN is a good guess of additions to the current ASN's. :)
We'll see.
I think it would be cool if MAS people could control the robot MAS bugs with controllers, much like the RC sapper, but Army would probably explode due to overworking if he tried to do this along with the other things he's working on.
It is not a bad idea and one would assume that this was the plan.
I'll be sure to discuss this with army, i wondered the same too not too long ago actually.
The only problem I see if the scarab wasps worked like that is that you would have to find a safe spot to stay in while your controlling it. That way you won't get killed when your controlling them.
That is indeed one issue that would lead to players staying in base and deploying the ASN's to fight without risking their lives.
I still like the idea of controlled ASN's though.
I think it would be interesting.
