Okay, I have 5 mice. I don't use any of them. In fact, I use my touchpad. All I can tell you is, you'll get used to it. If not, buy a new mouse, and make sure it has no "SPECIAL FEATURES" like the stuffty MX Revolution. That thing's a piece of stuff.

I have a g500 and use the "special features" quite a bit.  The frictionless toggle is very nice for scrolling down webpages and then getting a better scroll for gaming.  Also, I use the side buttons a lot for things like voice chat.

ok, maybe you have a good ballmouse. I have had bad experiences with them.

Pixl, I have that exact mouse you have, its really good to use in fps's imo
Try putting your hand in a different position, you might have it in a bad spot and cant move around good enough

Even though I play BFBC2 on a console, theres no auto-aim in multiplayer.

There's also gravity and the time it takes for the bullet to reach its target too.

I have some old Belkin optical mouse. I love it though. Only problems so far is that my scrollwheel is starting to not work so great.

It's pretty bulky, but it fits my palm perfectly.
